You have just downloaded by the author. Each group can be assigned an individual look and filter settings.
Send a private message to jamews. This will be coming in a later version. If you like this AddOn why not consider supporting the author? I liked it very much in CT Buff Mod the auras with no time, like mount auras, presences, guild champion, etc simply showed in green color, so we were able to separate the temp buffs from auras very easily.
