We had to double back cnrut find the main road, but once we did, it was flawless through La Fortuna. This leads to trying to find destinations "near" your intended destination but since there are many "places" with similar or identical names both in Costa Rica and in neighboring countries it is very difficult to get it right and very easy to be routed incorrectly. If you want to use your smartphone with a data plan, you can use Waze unrelated to Cenrut.

cemrut What should I buy? We'll be flying in to Liberia and leaving from San Joseso I'm assuming that any trips not too far off the beaten path will be more than covered by the CenRut map. Rsehn I downloaded this to my Garmin and it works great.

This made for huge routing errors and I was often times driving "in blank space" even though I was on paved roads. Hopefully there is someone with some real experience with it! You have to save multiple tiles size of each tile is 20 miles across but in a small country like Costa Rica it doesn't take long. Why shouldn't I feed the monkeys and other wildlife?
